Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 18 OCT 2022 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff
moved to approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the
minutes were approved.


Call for opens:
 - None


AR review:
 - Michael Mirmak supplied a spreadsheet of acceptable security fixes for
   IBISCHK7 for BUG report.
   done
 - Michael Mirmak to respond to Atul's request for DLL for Platform issue.
   Remains open
 - Weston Beal work on inserting power aware rules into the Quality 
   Specification.
   Remains open
 - Weston Beal check ibischk7 V7.1.1 for relevant power aware checks.
   Remains open
 - Bob submitted the BUG238 report to the open forum for classification.
   done


New ARs:
 - Bob will forward the email from Michael to Atul to see if the description is
   sufficient to reproduce the DLL platform problem.


Discussion:
Bob reported that a new ibischeck 7.1.1 is planned and will include BUG228, the
 error message to include a file name along with the pin name.

The current plan is to also include BUG238 in ibischeck7.1.1.

The BUG227 regarding root name improvement is deferred to ibischeck7.2.

The secure development lifecycle changes for tschk are deferred to version 2.
 BUG5 and BUG6 for tschk will probably be version 2, also.


Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion:
No discussion. The next steps depend on actions from Weston.
